Down-Sizing 11
Well this week it happened. The thing I have been waiting for since I started this whole load shedding process. Every day I wait and every day I have had to wait longer, but not this week. Last Friday it finally happened.
Someone (actually 4 someones) said “Ron, have you lost weight?”
2 of the 4 did not even know that I have been on this journey, the other two said they had noticed before but just not said anything. But it is cool to finally get confirmation from something other than the scale that things are happening.
Speaking of happening, I dropped another 1kg this week (I might have dropped a bit of it last week, but I don’t like to report changes of less than 0.5 kg so I never mentioned it).
Down to 108Kg (238 lb), still a way to go but nice progress if you ask me 
Looking good dude, soon I will have to start loosing so you don’t win.
no wait, we are not competing in this are we?
