Cocktails for kids
Alicia is quite sick right now. She has a virus that has over excited the mucous factories in her nose and lungs. Horrible cough and very blocked up nose. It has not been fun and games in the Tuffin household these past few days.
But even in the midst of this there are some things that make me smile. You know those drinks that you can order that have a bunch of layers? I can only think of one by name (tells you something) the Springbok that has a layer of Peppermint lacquer under a layer of Amarula Cream.
Marla mixed something up for Alicia tonight that rivals anything you can get in a bar. I’m calling it a rainbow tot. (you do get the double meaning on the tot part, right?)
Is that even legal for a kid??! Please bring the recipe to group- it looks so good and keen to try it out.

Lol. It was more the item it was placed in that got me laughing than the drink itself that sprang that particular cocktail to mind
